Ronald D. McMahon is the founder of McMahon Development Group and serves as Chief Operating Officer. Mr. McMahon has been personally involved with income producing real estate as an owner and developer since 1970. Under his direction, over $300 million worth of commercial, medical and residential projects have been developed and constructed through companies or partnerships Mr. McMahon has formed. The projects have included professional office buildings, retail pads and centers and industrial projects, and single family tracts.

Mr. McMahon also administers McMahon Development, Inc., which is a licensed contractor and the operational arm of McMahon Development Group’s construction management process. Qualified support personnel provide full services in these areas.

Beginning his professional career over 20 years ago as an architect, Mr. McMahon founded an architectural and planning firm, which eventually had a staff of over thirty professionals doing work on commercial and institutional buildings, major residential complexes, large-scale recreational projects and medical facilities. Functioning as a separate entity, this firm provided design services on all of the early development projects. Even though the architectural firm has now been sold, Mr. McMahon's background in this field provides the company with valuable experience for development decisions.

Mr. McMahon earned his Bachelor of Architecture degree with honors from the University of Southern California, majoring in math, history and business. He is currently a registered architect in the State of California and is both a licensed California Contractor and Real Estate Broker. His memberships have included the American Institute of Architects, and the Orange and San Diego County Chapters, Orange County Sheriff's Advisory Council and Rotary. Mr. McMahon is a past president of the Board of Directors of the YMCA Tustin/Santa Ana branch, past member of the Board of Directors of the Lincoln Club of Orange County, past Advisory Board member at Biola University, member of NAIOP and current Board chairman of Life Ministries. He enjoys a variety of outdoor sports activities.
